Why you need the right wrist support
Most people use their keyboards and mice with their wrists resting on the work surface, hands bent upwards. This position strains the forearm muscles and exerts pressure on nerves and tendons. Over time, this lack of proper positioning can result in swelling, tingling, wrist pain, or numbness in the fingers. One cause of wrist pain is Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS), a condition that develops as a result of damaging pressure on the wrist’s median nerve.
Wrist supports ensure proper alignment of the wrist and hand to help reduce CTS. Choose from wrist supports made with T-Foam™ or gel to help minimize stress on wrists as well as provide comfort and support.
Which height is right for me?
Match the wrist support to the width, height, and slope of the front edge of the keyboard. The goal is to keep the wrist posture as straight as possible.
