Swanson, M.D., FACS, and Mary DeBoer, RPT, for hand rehabilitation after finger-joint arthroplasty. Grip-X is shaped to fit inside flexed fingers and support the MP joints during isometric exercise of the forearm. Effective exercise for improving golf and tennis grip. PVC rubber. Set includes three exercisers, one of each color-coded firmness level: Soft (Blue, Therapeutic Grade), Medium (Green, Maintenance Grade), and Hard (Black, Athletic Grade).
