Apex® Moore Balance Shoes (MBS), Mens are the first-ever footwear scientifically designed to reduce one’s risk of falling.* Combination LYCRA® and washable synthetic leather upper is lightweight and supportive, featuring a smooth outer sole and an angled toe for trip avoidance and firm supportive midsole. Low-profile heel provides maximum postural stability and high heel collar provides added support. Textured insole provides maximum proprioceptive sensory feedback for polyneuropathy due to diabetes and other conditions. Firm, adjustable heel counter with convenient hook-and-loop closure and extended tongue opening to easily accommodate AFOs or other orthoses.
